Excellent Team! Very helpful, and the capacity of the various reports are great! Highly recommend this APP!

This app gets an A+ from us. We use this app to pull important data from Shopify and Recharge that we'd otherwise be unable to obtain. Their support gets an A+ because they quickly helped us create some new unique reports and showed us how to easily build reports and access the information we need on our own.

Quite amazed at how good this app is, way above and beyond my expectations and the support is also very friendly.

Easy to use, they are also very prompt anytime we've every had any questions. Also, the app itself is very flexible…we were able to build several custom reports within an hour of downloading that we never could have built using Shopify's pre-built features. We would highly recommend Better Reports!

This app is exactly what we needed since moving over to shopify. We have a team that connects with customers over the phone (that's right, still making phone calls)
and to track their progress. Clement is extremely helpful with any question or help you will need to build a report. Very Helpful!

I am still new to this app but so far it it really helpful!. It is very useful in breaking down my sales in to each product category which aids in creating open to buy plans. There are TONS of reports that I haven't even looked into so I'm sure I'll only find more uses as I go but even just the two reports I'm currently using make it worth it. My only negatives I would have is that it really annoys me that they increase the plan price based on my Shopify plan. I don't understand at all why that is the case and it seems like they are just forcing me to pay more for the same product which is very frustrating. Also, I have to mention the support I have received has be exceptional! They have been vey helping with getting me set up with custom reports and schedules tailored to my business needs. That being said I would like to see support be available via chat like some of the other competitors out there as opposed to just email. I'm guessing this will come available as they continue to report. Overall good reporting features with a very helpful and friendly staff!

Awesome app! Unlimited possibilities & extremely user friendly. The custom reports option just allows you to do anything you may imagine.

Invaluable app and much more useful information than the inbuilt reports in Shopify. I emailed the owner to ask for a custom app and he provided it a few hours later! I now use this custom report daily and don't know how I'd do without it. If it were possible to see analysis on add-to-cart rates / products that would be very useful too!

This app and its reports have very quickly assisted us in views on fulfillment, inventory and sales that took a lot of manual work, previously. The best part is how responsive the team is when we ask questions or need assistance with a report. I highly, highly recommend. We use daily.
