I am not used to using apps much and had a few mental issues about how this one works. I had good support from Milan with the interface to Microsoft Ads and am now more confident in using the app/

Some other app installed some crap on my product page..I thought it as bing Shopping feed and contacted them. I granted them access to my site where they showed me it was another app..They took it off for me..That wasn't even their responsibility. Excellent customer service for that!
Bing Shopping Feed is a great app, delivers on feeding products through to Microsoft Advertising. The support desk provided fast, individualized and tailored service. A pleasant group to work with!

angelstienda.com loves this app. It is definitely a time saver. Allows me to edit in bulk which is awesome! My only complaint about the app is that they charge based on the amount of products in my store and not the amount of products I want to submit to the feed.

The app does what it is supposed to do, which is to automate the feed of my products to my Microsoft Shopping account. What is even more important, however, is the support level provided by Symprosys. The support I received was first class (very quick to respond and they solved my issue). You can't ask for more than that.
