BiteSpeed promises one thing and delivers something completely different. The gap between what they promise and what they actually provide is completely unacceptable.

I trusted their commitments and paid around ₹15,000 of my hard-earned money, expecting the WhatsApp automation service that was promised to me. Instead, I was left misled, frustrated and extremely disappointed.

The worst part is that after taking the money, they seem to disappear. When you need support or ask them to deliver what was promised, getting a proper response becomes a struggle. Messages are ignored, and there is no satisfactory resolution.

This is not simply about poor service — it is about customer trust. If you cannot deliver what you promise, you should not take customers' hard-earned money based on those promises.

I am demanding a full refund of the approximately ₹15,000 I paid. If BiteSpeed cannot provide the service that was promised, the least they should do is return my money instead of ignoring my requests.

Honestly, it feels like my hard-earned money has been taken in the name of promises and commitments. I regret trusting them.

Think twice before paying BiteSpeed. Make sure every promise, feature and commitment is clearly documented before handing over your money.
