ABSOLUTE SCAM - KEEP AWAY. Whatever you do do not go with these. They will sign you up and then try to charge you more saying they need more money from you. I am a tiny shop. Also they hijack your Whatsapp number and ignore any messages to get the number off their system. BE WARNED ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I am reporting to Shopify to remove them.
We had a really great experience with Bitespeed, especially during the onboarding. Everything was smooth and easy to set up. Big thanks to Manav and Kaushambhi for being super helpful throughout they were always available and made the whole process hassle-free.
The most surprising part was the AI voice calling, we got 12+ ROI and 11.11% conversion, which we honestly didn’t expect. We’ve tried a lot of different tools before, but never seen this kind of performance. The voice sounds very real, and it actually works. Definitely something we’ll keep using and recommending to other brands.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with BiteSpeed. They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer.
Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up.
No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!
Our onboarding experience with Bitespeed was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The platform is easy to navigate and brings customer communication and follow-ups together in a way that actually feels organized instead of overwhelming.
The support during setup really stood out — things were explained clearly, questions were answered quickly, and we always felt guided rather than left to figure it out ourselves. Overall, a great experience and a tool that makes staying connected with customers much more manageable day to day.
I was initially sceptical, but BiteSpeed kept offering to help without any pressure. After frustrations with other tools,
I gave BiteSpeed a chance. Their team’s WhatsApp collaboration and support stood out. In just a few weeks, we saw a positive return, far better than with other tools we tried.
We’ve now upgraded, thanks to Sharmi and the team. If you want to get more from your Shopify store, I’d definitely recommend BiteSpeed.
We stopped using Bitespeed within just 15 days due to terrible service and complete lack of communication.
We opted for a higher-tier plan that included a dedicated account manager, but despite multiple follow-ups over more than 10 days, no account manager was ever assigned. This was clearly communicated to their team, and even our POC was aware of the issue.
After informing them multiple times that we had stopped using the product, we are still receiving invoices every month. On top of that, different people from their team keep calling, and every time we have to explain the same story again—yet no action is taken.
There is no ownership, no coordination between teams, and no respect for customers’ time or money. This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences we’ve had.
Would strongly advise businesses to think twice before opting for Bitespeed, especially their higher plans.
Bitespeed has been a great addition to our marketing stack. The platform is extremely easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface, exactly what you need when things are moving fast.
We were especially impressed by their newly introduced AI calling feature. As early adopters, we’ve already seen strong conversion results.
Further Support/ Onboarding team deserves a special mention, quick, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you set things up the right way. A special shoutout to Kaushambhi, who has been an incredible onboarding manager and made the entire process seamless.
Overall, we’re very happy with Bitespeed and would highly recommend it to fast-growing brands.
