Fantastic Affiliate App! They have all the features you can think of for an Affiliate Program for your website. I asked for a few changes and features and they did it right away! Great customer support as well, very responsive and very nice people to do work with. I had the program for about 1 week and already gaining great Affiliates; sales are up and the Affiliates are happy! Thanks again!

INSANELY GOOD APP!!! If you are looking for affiliates (with an MLM structure...level 1, 2, 3 etc), AND a separate referral platform for your customers, this app does BOTH!! Great for B2B and great for B2C. I have been looking around for ages for an app that has all the features this one does. You can set lifetime commission payouts, and have different "programs" (i.e. if you want a separate dashboard for sales reps, versus online affiliates, versus influencers) you can create them all with different levels of commission. Also, may i add this app has the features of being able to do payouts via not only Paypal, but credit card, bank transfer, pioyoneer, google pay, venmo... list goes on! Needless to say their support is PHENOMENAL!!! I was struggling with a feature (completely my fault) and I was desperate to fix it at 11pm CST.. so i opened up the chat feature and within seconds (literally) Leo guided me through the whole process, answered a bunch of my questions super quickly, even said to me that their developers could help me embed my different "programs" in my store. Leo was amazing to work with, super responsive, took care of me. Honestly, i never leave reviews but this app, along with their customer support is one of the best I have ever seen that comes "out of the box" versus spending $$$$$ on a unique custom-built platform. Try it! You will not be disappointed.

I'm new to most things online when it comes to my shopify store and Affiliate compensation programs were definitely out of my realm of understanding, but with the easy to find support button with Live people, I was able to get through all my concerns and questions and now feel ready to add my affiliates with BixGrow. I manage two stores on Shopify and have tried/used many free or paid apps. This is by far the best app I've experienced. They have all the functions for my business needs, and provide necessary flexibility for me to customize different affiliate programs as well as user interface. I only had one small request and the custom service was quick and professional.
