I have been using the BixGrow app for a couple of years now without incident. Recently we had an issue with the discount on the affiliate link not being applied. I wrote to the company and it was fixxed overnight. The sale was made, discount applied and the commission allocated. A very good result.

Support sehr gut, konnten mir in allen Fragen helfen. Support antwortet in der Sprache, in der man die Frage stellt.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten des Programms/der App sind noch verbesserungswürdig. Aber alles im Allen funktioniert es gut.
Allerdings ist das Handling der App ohne den Support nicht selbsterklärend. Aber wie gesagt: der Support macht seine Sache gut und antwortet sehr schnell. Der Dialog ist respektvoll und sehr nett.

Great app, and incredible prices. Minimal but effective - there's nothing superfluous here.

Unfortunately, didn't work with Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay checkouts which are a lot of what our customers use, so we couldn't use it. Support was quick to respond and tell me this, which was super helpful with the built-in chat.

I recommend leaving the Tiers option in the commission options of the settings for the programs we create. The functionality of the two different Tiers options you have in the app are completely different and we need the flexibility. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!!
