At first I struggled to set it up correctly, but the service and support that I received from Flora exceeded my expectations. She was amazing and helped me to build it correctly.
This app is amazing and now that I know how to use it, it is easy to operate and install

For Support, Online chat is super efficient and my new favourite person in the world is Flora, who not only understood my ramblings and requests, but was able to suggest a better workflow that will simplify my stores workflow, and the user experience for affiliates and their recruits! Upgraded to Pro on the spot and still discovering new awesome things it can do

Migrated from Refersion to BixGrow for our affiliate management. They have more features available including Multi-Level Marketing. Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. They even turned around some custom development within a day! We're only just getting started using their platform, but this is a very positive start. They have been so helpful that I also decided to migrate our loyalty and referral program to their other app, Zing.
