We recently started using Bixgrow, and the team there has been extremely helpful. We had a few minor customization questions, and they resolved them for us on the same day. Their service is fantastic. Special thanks to Flora and Quinn. The app itself is very handy. If you're looking for an easy-to-use referral program, then BixGrow is the right choice. What we appreciate most is that it offers multiple ways to display your program. Unlike some apps that only have an always-on widget, which can be inconvenient depending on your customer demographic, Bixgrow provides more flexibility. I can definitely recommend Bixgrow if you're aiming to quickly set up a simple yet effective referral program. We haven't explored the affiliate side of Bixgrow yet, but we plan to do so in the future. Thank you

The Help and Support have been Wonderful. I received Help From Pam and another Customer Service Rep. There is a Step by Step Tutorial on Youtube as well to assist The User with The Features. So I am pleased with the Choice of Adding this App it being around my fourth or fifth day having it. It's a good app overall. And Customer Service is Good as well. RicHeart'Thanks.

BixGrow was really easy to set up and customize. Customer service was really helpful always a click away. I woudl recommend to anyone looking for an affiliate program.
i have been installing and testing apps for more than 15 hours with no rest to find the best app. i have tried more than 10 apps. i couldn't find a better app than this one. the best $10 spent on the entire Shopify platform. just take this app and you are done, no need to keep looking for others.
