I reached out on the chat because I was unclear on a few functions. Izzy was very friendly, even added some cute gifs and fun personality. She was able to answer my questions and provide me links for more info if I needed. I have used the app for a long time and have seen improvement on my SEO. I am going with three stars (originally 2) simply because their chat support tried to help. I have been using this SEO app for sometime and my SEO has gotten worse.
