I recently had a great chat with Alex who helped me verify my store. She was excellent at communicating and promptly addressed all my concerns. It didn't take long to get the help I needed, which I really appreciated. She also gave me a helpful tip on how to remove "Powered by Shopify" at the bottom of my store, something I had always wondered about. Now I know it can be removed.
