Izzy provided great support and helped me setup the app with my store. Also she observed an unrelated issue with my page and provided a link on how to resolve the issue. I really didn't get all the information I was looking for. However that is not Izzy's fault. I basically didn't have the questions to ask. Maybe next time be a little more Force coming and explaining all the features your product has to offer.. especially for those who can't afford the paid version.
