More options for free plan other than Image optimization for new businesses can be helpful. As a new business owner trying to start something is difficult so the paying right at the beginning is not a great option for me. But the UI and support is amazing.

The app did not work, nothing would load and then it would kick me out only to make me add my domain back into to re-enter the app, even though it is connected to my Shopify admin. The only pages I could access were to choose a plan or the settings page. All of the others pages would not load. customer support was unable to help so they escalated it to tier 2. Was told they would contact me by email. It was taking too long so I just deleted the app. If this is a sign as to what I can expect for this app, no thanks. I installed it because of the great reviews from so many people so I have to say it is a let down to not have the same experience.
