Alex is very kind and cheerful. Solved my problem in 2 minutes. One of the best customer support that I have seen
the pro app auto feature says "Fixed" but no specific explanation of what was changed rather a general answer "Title Tag Fixed" but upon checking the title tags nothing changed. So no way to tell if the app is actually doing anything other than saying "It's Fixed" One positive is they have helpful tips on what you should fix or consider fixing.
I used this app to optimize for SEO. It was automatic. I would like more prompts to tell me what else I need to do.
The customer service representative who responded to my message was absolutely fantastic. She made great recommendations in a very personalized way. Thanks Izzy!
