I've only just downloaded the APP, but what I can say for sure is that the customer service is Top Notch! I opted to have my website verified, Alex was on top of it almost instantly. And while I waiting the 1-2 minutes for the verification, Alex was kind enough to send me some great tips to read through while we were waiting.
I can only conclude that moving forward with this App can only be beneficial if the service at the very beginning is so excellent.
