I really appreciate the free version of this app, it enables multi-tiered drop down menus for my store that really enhances the navigation. It is super easy and intuitive to use. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I find it works very slowly on my computer. In order to add an item in a drop down menu it takes forever for the characters I type to appear. I also don't like that when you search for a collection it shows all results with any of the letters typed, regardless of the order, and I also find this function to be slow. Despite the complaint about the speed, this app is a must-use if you want a more functional menu in your store.
The app works fine, no issues.
I wish they had live customer service and be more responsive.
The app doesn't have the ability for multiple menus so it doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately.

As for the ability to create multiple menus, this is being investigated with our development team to see how we can integrate it in our app and hopefully with the future developments we can exceed your expectations.

Doesn't work on FREE membership. They should not be giving out free membership to customers if it doesn't work.
It's okay. Does what it says it'll do, but the interface is clunky and awkward, and it's missing a lot of the functions that some of its competitors have. A solid entry in the category for sure, but not the best anymore.

I really wish I could try this – but every time I try it, my browser gives errors about too many redirects. I've cleared my cache, cookies, uninstalled & reinstalled, but no luck.
This app is very cool and useful for Shopify stores

Hi! I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out how can I reply to this review.
We replied each time to your 2 emails with detailed instructions and we received no answer from you. We then tried to contact you again and still no answer. We did all in our powers to help you and we were just ignored.
Honestly I do not know what we could have done differently to avoid such a bad review.
Also, I find it very strange that the same review, the exact words, you put to one of our competitors on the same day.
We are here to help you and we will do our best to do so, but in cases like these we are just blocked.
