Hextom, please work with Shopify and give me the ability to restore variants. It's 20+ days to restore based on App issue that deleted variants.
February 2025 App Issue that deletes variants.
I am hopeful in cases like mine with over 100,000 variants and being on 3 sites with Enterprise plan they have more solutions and at least try to reach out to Shopify on my behalf. It was their app that deleted the variants.
Please advise, Hextom. I have Loved the app but this scenario is a little precious and hope you can be more helpful.
At first this app was invaluable. It made huge changes quickly that would have taken days. But the more I used it the more I have these odd side effects. Like variants I never added or have ever used showing up on products I recently made variant changes for and these variants were not showing in on the product in admin or as metafields on the product on even as metafields in settings. It took half a day to figure out what happened. In the end I had to use this app to remove a variant that seemingly didn't exist. Then a metafield that I used to be able to access in bulk editor no longer shows in bulk editor even though it's still showing on the product page. This was not an issue until I tried to edit that metafield using this app. I spent half the day on this too and here I am today dealing with it again. I am on a deadline and this is putting me so far behind. I am afraid to uninstall and be stuck with more problems I haven't found yet.

Features are good but scammy and poor customer support.
Tried both Hextom Bulk Product Edit and Hextom Image Edit.
Why I said scammy? I downgraded plan and I was still being charged of the monthly fee. I contacted support for this. I was asked the exact date of downgrade. I look up to my emails and I just realized they dont send email confirmation of downgrade. Then they will keep charging you.
Re: Hextom Image Edit - last year I subscribed to their most expensive plan because we have a lot of images in our store. BEWARE, it is NOT working! You need to batch your images per 100 images per batch for it to work, more than that, its not working. I worst part, I figured it out myself. I reached out to support then I was answered by the support named Channel asking me to send images. I sent and then after that, no reply at all, weeks have passed! so I figured out the way to make it work by myself. Poor customer support.

The guy "James" useless. He knew what I needed help with and didn't move forward with the conversation. I requested help, and was sent to an "agent" who then read my issue and just sat there on the other end doing nothing. I wrote, again, what I needed help with, only for him to say "Yeah, I read your message earlier" wow! the brains on this guy! useless. horrible service. get a new agent!
Useless app never works! Always glitches terrible support

total crap, not working at all, shame
They have accidentally deleted variants on over 5k of products, don't have revert functionality, and are very sorry for this. 3 sites. 3 reviews. 2 sites affected. February 2025, this glitch still exists.
Stuck unless Shopify can exempt 1k variant limit. Hextom, I'd like a full refund.
I could not edit more than 20 product and they write you can edit unlimited. But for use it was good
Horrible costumer service. They charged me for a more expensive plan and didn't offer a solution or refund even if they agrees this was their mistake. Stay away!!
