Kaching Bundles is a great app with plenty of useful features and an excellent support experience. The AI support bot is genuinely helpful, but the live chat support is even better. Dovydas responded quickly, understood exactly what I wanted and put in the effort to make everything work the way I needed. Really impressed with the assistance and highly recommend both the app and the support team.
Sebastijan was super helpful and resolved my design query really fast. I couldnt getting it looking exactly as i wanted with the my custom CSS but her did it so the bundle selector matched the store. (please include the radius option on the modal buttons from the UI) App is great, easy to use and set up and i recommend it to my other ecom friends.
This is a very user-friendly app-it's easy to figure out all the settings on your own. It has also helped us increase both our sales and our average order value, making it a great addition to our store.
The customer support is excellent-they're always quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
