I have been using Shopify for over three years. This is the best bundling app I have used so far. Easy to use interface, and offers all the functionality I have needed for testing offers.

I had an issue with the app, I contacted them and the support is really kind and insightful, they are really efficient, even though my issue took some time to resolve they stayed helpful and friendly all the way through, I got Dominykas who was really kind and guided me through the whole process helping me fix my issue, I highly recommend this app it's a small price to pay for something so impactful, by far the best bundle app I've ever used and the support is amazing!

We use Kaching Bundles for our supplement store to run our 'Buy 2 Free 1' and 'Buy 3 Free 2' offers, and the app works flawlessly. What really sets Kaching apart is their customer support. Dominykas was incredibly helpful when I needed to tie specific bundle sizes to matching subscription delivery frequencies (e.g., 3 packs delivered every 3 months). He helped set up a workaround that other expensive apps simply can't handle, all while ensuring our 'initial purchase free gift' feature kept working properly at checkout. Dominykas went above and beyond to make sure our 3PL inventory wouldn't get messed up by the new setup. Highly recommend this app!

We had to migrat our packages from another bundle app and encountered several issues involving publishing, pricing, inventory, product links, and the bundle widget.

Lukas (from Kaching customer support) checked our setup and identified that the bundle was working correctly—the actual checkout problem was caused by a Shopify inventory and fulfillment-location setting. He also verified our package links and provided the exact custom CSS needed to make product rows non-clickable without affecting the variant selectors.

His guidance was clear, accurate, and easy to implement. He saved us a great deal of time and gave us the confidence to proceed with creating our remaining packages. Excellent support from Lukas and the Kaching Bundles team!

Kaching Bundles is a great app with plenty of useful features and an excellent support experience. The AI support bot is genuinely helpful, but the live chat support is even better. Dovydas responded quickly, understood exactly what I wanted and put in the effort to make everything work the way I needed. Really impressed with the assistance and highly recommend both the app and the support team.

Sebastijan was super helpful and resolved my design query really fast. I couldnt getting it looking exactly as i wanted with the my custom CSS but her did it so the bundle selector matched the store. (please include the radius option on the modal buttons from the UI) App is great, easy to use and set up and i recommend it to my other ecom friends.
