Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

We've been using Kaching since 2024 and we've had no issues so far, we've had issue with some other apps in our shopify store but not with Kaching.

When i did think we were having issues with Kaching, I reached out to their support team and Eligijus was super kind and helpful

I've had a look and used quite a few of the bundling apps on Shopify, and Kaching was the one that gave me the the look I was going for and the configurability I needed.
Their support is great too, I threw a weird scenario I was trying to make work and Dovydas worked with me over an hour or so, eventually coming up with a great suggestion to get it working. When I had more stuff I wanted to change, Sebastian came in clutch with the custom CSS to sort it out for me!

We use this app for a total of 4 stores, and it's by far our most valuable app. We needed some custom edits and IEVA helped us fix it in no time! Can highly recommend this app for anyone that want a intuitive and profit-generating bundle app with no hassle.

I've been using Kaching bundles for years through multiple stores - it is a gamechanger of an app, but this isn't why I'm leaving a review.

We encountered a bug on Shopify that meant the way I was using Kaching wasn't favourable - it was very frustrating, and in no way Kaching's fault - but Shopify made a hard edit that meant my current offer did not match with the checkout.

Stressed and annoyed that performance was being impacted, I nearly decided to quit, but Deividas actually went and practically sat next to me (virtually) to fix this whole thing - we spent close to an hour, and we finally resolved it at the end - my grit, and Deividas's patience and quick thinking.

The level of assistance was amazing, this is what I look for when getting an app on Shopify - customer support that actually SUPPORTS you.

I was trying to set up buy 1 get 1 / quantity break bundles and the per item price just wouldn’t show the way I wanted. Dominykas jumped in and helped me tweak the bundle so it actually displays the price per bra inside the options, which honestly makes the offer way clearer.

And today i wanted to set up buy 1 get 1 Buy X, get Y (BXGY) deal
so Erikas did a great job of helping me too! The new features are better!

The customer service is excellent and the response is prompt. I needed to do a custom code for an upsell bundle, and Sebastian helped me solve the problem within minutes. The application runs well on our website and has brought considerable sales. Highly recommended.
