Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

Its good but if you cancel your subscription midway, everything goes. eg For yearly subscription from March 2025- March 2026 but you cancel Jan 2026, you loose everything.

The app is nice and it's well done, nothing to say on how it works, but my 2 stars is because i think the app is quite expensive and also because i didn't increase AOV with this APP. So, i think their pricing plan should be based on the real AOV they bring to the store instead of make pay on what ?
They developed to increase AOV, so let us pay for that if it does, because for sure in some cases it does the job, but in my case it didn't.

Customer support is not giving their all to solve my issue with their bundles not showing up as they should for specific markets. They just redirect me to Shopify support without providig clear instructions to Shopify what the issue with their app might could be. A bit disappointed tbh

This app didn't have the functionality I needed so I deleted it. Within minutes I received a phone call, a voice message, a text message, and 2 emails asking why I deleted and offering me a discount.

One of these methods would have been appropriate. 4 reach outs in a matter of minutes is EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and wildly off-putting.

jag ville testa A/B test! fick struligt med det flera gånger trotts hjälp ! men till slut det påverkat min varukorgen och på något anledning gick inte att handla och jag har haft noll sälj trotts goda statistik och siffror. jag har testat det bara för 3-4 dagar men ändå fått faktura

This was my 1st time requesting help so I totally didn't know what I was doing because all of this is new to me, Dovydas walked me through it and made sure it was done correctly. I appreciate the prompt help that I received.

How do I request a refund because these apps make it difficult to find.

L'application en soit est plutôt bien mais Par contre ils m'ont piégé avec leur facturations a l'année, sachant que la boutique je les crée juste pour l'été je me retrouve payer 119€ alors que j'aurais du payer juste 2 mois 14,99€ très déçus sachant que j'ai changer le mode de prélèvements a mensuel mais il ne l'ont pas pris en compte je suis dégouter je recommande pas du tout vous pouvez chercher d'autre alternatif des applications plus honnêtes et impossible de joindre le support
