Zia was fantastic to work with. Super responsive, clear, and patient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified that the AI-powered bundles were causing the issue, explained why it was happening, and walked me through the exact steps to fix it.
He also gave a great recommendation on setting up tiered discounts using a variety pack bundle so I could offer 10% off for two items and 15% off for three items, which was exactly what I needed. Clear explanations, no confusion, and very solution-oriented support.

Quick n efficient response. I was struggling to add customs css however they did it what exactly what i wanted in just 5 mins. and is a free version i am using still they prioritize my request. great work

We have been using it for a few years now. Bundle promos are much more complicated than you realise and often constrained by Shopify rules. MBC are a fantastic team, super responsive and supportive and first out of the traps when new Shopify functionality is released.

This app have AI feature now so, most of the work AI can do it and it's easy to use. Customer support was nice, I talked to Val today. He solved my problem in seconds.

I have to say, that I was sceptical about this app, but things have changed... the support team is exceptional... its like having a personal assistant specifically for this app. I highly recommend using it and if there is any issues with it they will sort it out immediatly.
