We use it to adjust cash-on-delivery fees based on our needs, and it works exactly as promised.
The customer support was exemplary. We reached out through the chat box to complete step 4 (updating the email templates), and the team was incredibly helpful and supportive until a real solution was found.
Communication was prompt and efficient, and the final outcome was excellent. We highly recommend it!
We sincerely recommend this app! It is effortless and straightforward to use. In the few cases we needed support, they were very helpful and responsive. Last but not least, it is essential to have such an option for the Serbian market, as most of the orders are made with cash on delivery!
