Pretty happy with the support team. Quick and positive support.
Still quite new to the app but it look quite promising.
Hoping for a great journey with CED app in future.
Raj was very helpful
Best Catch app on shopify. Their customer service team is really really good, basically whatever you want to achieve , they will always find a solution for you. Highly recommended.
It saves me lots of time using this app and support has been great. Would highly recommend to other Catch sellers.
CED app does a great job of synching our shopify products with Catch market place. Support is 5 Star and they respond within minutes. Great team, great app. Thank you for making this app help us do better business!
Great App , Easy to use and understand , staff is well trained and efficient enough to answer all questions , i had many many questions in the begining , CED staff has been right there when ever i needed a help in any way , i am glad to join CED
I am very happy with the prompt integration support received and I have a designated tech support person always answering my queries within a few hours.
The only negative side I have seen after one month of usage is ordering from Catch is not transferred to Shopify immediately. It takes about an hour from the actual email confirmation from Catch.
Great support from day 1, team was very helpful and professional to resolve all my issue with catch, recommend to all!
They have a great team that provides quick and hassle free work with their specialists. They are always ready to help for any problems on time. Thank you for your good service, especially to Mr. Karshit Bhargava.
This probably is the best option for Catch to Shopify Integration.
The app backend isn't super intuitive but does work if you know what you're doing and worth both the money and time saved when compared to other apps that do the same thing which can cost around $1000 a month. Inventory sync, order sync, and all other aspects of Catch are then synced to shopify. Basically I'll do anything to avoid the Catch backend as it's not fun to work with.
