Excellent, patient support — and genuinely free to start
I'm a pre-launch store, so I've spent far more time asking setup questions than I have fighting disputes, and the Chargeflow support team has been outstanding throughout. Every question I've asked about integrations, evidence requirements, and policy setup has been answered clearly and patiently, and any issue I've raised has been looked into and resolved promptly.
What sold me on Chargeflow was the model: 25%, only on chargebacks you actually win. There's no upfront cost while you're getting set up, which for a new store is exactly the right way to do it — you only pay when they've already recovered money for you.
I'd recommend it to any store owner who wants disputes handled properly without adding a fixed monthly cost before they've made their first sale.
Low Quality AI that malfunctions. DO NOT USE! Trust me, if you use it you will be sorry. Don’t be stupid and trust Chargeflow with your revenue. They used a generic AI to submit a minimal, useless response to a major chargeback without ever asking us for evidence!! That’s crazy.
They submitted a chargeback a month before the actual deadline, completely locking us out from uploading our own proof. The customer immediately won because the evidence submitted was so stupid!! It is a dangerous tool that does more harm than good. 100% warning to everyone: do not use!

The Chargeflow Team
Chargeflow charged me for four fraudulent transactions that belonged to another store, even though I had never used their app.
Despite this, a customer support agent named Chiara refunded only three of the four charges and refused to refund the remaining one. She shamelessly claimed that the refunds were issued as a gesture of “goodwill,” even though these charges were not mine in the first place.
This is completely unacceptable. Charging people for fees that belong to another store and then refusing to issue a full refund is outrageous. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this app.
Chargeflow should be held accountable for this unacceptable conduct. Nobody should have to fight to recover money they were wrongfully charged.
