This app is great, a nice way to interact with our customers and resolve any questions they might have. The support is also amazing, Anna who helped me out, did a great job and very quick and prompt.
Excellent application that we have been using for several years now.
We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time.
I recommend the app.

This app ticks all the boxes for what I need from a chat service plugin for my website. Automated responses, timed messages for customers spending any time on pages, etc. Customer service is responsive and proactive, checking to see if we need help, or anything at all really.

This app is truly AMAZING. We are only in the trial phase and we have closed at least 3 sales due to the ability to speak to customers live as they browse the site. The functionality is great, we particularly love that we can see what pages customers are on and track their movement as they navigate the site. The customer service is also excellent.
