This app is so easy to use and to set up! I love how I can manage my hours and have customized messages as to show customers when i'm live and when I'm offline.
The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them.
Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it.

LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! Have been doing the premium trial for 2 weeks, and I am so happy with it. I have 15+ people at least chatting with me a day, asking questions that are helping lead to sales. It's also fun to have the automatic chat prompts, letting people know we are here, and targeting each page with a different question. I love that I can respond both on my phone and on my browser, depending on where I am. I also love that it has the pre chat form propmt so I can get people's emails. Also awesome to see what page people are on, so I am totally clear on what their question is.
This app has definitely helped increase our sales and conversions, and let people know that we are here to help!

We've been using chatra on our site for a long time now and never had any issues. We use only the bare basics however the features available to us is a plenty. We highly recommend chatra to anyone looking for a live chat feature on their website.

Great little chat app, I have only newly installed but already been reached out to by customers. They appreciate the quick response even when off line. Very easy to set up and change colours. So far that is about as much as i have done with it yet but tbh i haven't needed anything more. Thanks Chatra

I have used this ap for a while now and find it is brilliant. The only slight frustrating thing is that some client do not always leave their email address so its means they send an enquiry but I cannot respond to them. That is the clients fault not chatra, however I wonder if there is a way the ap would have first option to add their email address, then write a message?
Thanks for the feedback! The contact form can only appear after a visitor sends you a message, there's no way to show it before that, unfortunately. However, please note that you can still reply to a client even if they did not leave their email address. They will see your reply when they come back to your website.
