Since we used Chatway LiveChat on our website, customer interaction and satisfaction have greatly improved. We can answer customer questions instantly, which has increased conversion rates. In particular, it makes communication more direct and convenient. Through Chatway LiveChat, we can effectively reduce customer waiting time, and customers are more willing to contact us through this platform. Chatway has been a great addition to my store. It's allowed me to have great communication with my customers and I'm sure it has been the reason for many sales. The inbox has made things so easy and gives me the confidence to know I wont miss any messages. The live chat support has been really helpful, they are quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble. Love this app and would recommend to others.

This app is perfect for my purposes. I'm new and very small and can't afford to be paying for every functionality for my website. This app allows me to communicate with my customers quickly and easily and I don't need to pay until I get much bigger, which I will gladly do. I wish all apps were like this!

I’ve been using the Chatway app for the past couple of weeks, and it’s been an absolute game changer for customer interactions. I can now see in real time when customers are on my website and respond instantly to any questions or queries they may have.

For my driving test company, many customers ask the same questions repeatedly, so the new FAQ feature has been invaluable. It allows us to answer these common queries effortlessly, saving time and improving efficiency. I highly recommend this service to other businesses, as it significantly boosts conversion rates, enhances customer satisfaction, and speeds up communication.

One feature I’d love to see in the future is the automatic integration of customer emails into our email marketing flows when they sign up. I believe this would further increase conversions, but I know the team is already working on this and doing an excellent job.

The Chatway customer service team has been fantastic—quick to respond, and the few issues I’ve had were resolved promptly.

UPDATE: Premio-Chatway: "I admitted our mistake and said we're sorry"

Although this was the response we received in the email, we were saddened to read the company’s statements blaming us. Please also read the other 1-star review. We are experiencing the same issues as Kherish.

1. We don’t encounter this issue with any other popular Shopify chat applications; we’ve tested them all.
2. If you use this app, you will not only face the issue of the X not closing but also experience an infinite scroll problem on your cart page.
3. You will miss out on features like AI-powered responses and great auto-replies based on customer messages.
4. Karina and Marvin won’t trust your screenshots and screen-cast unless you purchase the related device and test it yourself.
5. For two weeks, they made us struggle until Gal, the owner of the company, came and said, “Yes, there’s an issue; let’s fix it.” No action was taken until we gave a 1-star review.
6. The support team ignored our messages, didn’t respond despite reading the messages in chat, and kept sending the same responses. During the conversation, they abruptly ended it with, “If there’s nothing else, we’re closing this"

- We received complaints from customers about the chat balloon not closing after being opened. Despite testing the issue on real devices and providing a video as evidence, Karina, Marvin, and their team refused to acknowledge the problem.
- Later, Karina admitted, "I reproduced the issue," which we documented with a screenshot. However, the following day, they claimed, "We didn’t do anything; there’s no issue."
- This behavior is consistent with how they’ve handled previous issues—they repeatedly deny problems, even when clear evidence is presented.
- They argue that the video recording was taken via a browser, yet the same issue persists on real devices.
- Additionally, they have significantly increased their prices.
- The application noticeably slows down the website’s performance.
- Once this busy period concludes, we plan to switch to a different application.

During our investigation, we found that your website has several jQuery errors unrelated to Chatway, which complicated the debugging process. These errors are still present on the website and were not caused by our product. Despite this, we identified and resolved the specific issue related to Chatway. However, we understand that you chose to use another product from our offerings.

Additionally, we tested the Chatway app using tools like PageSpeed Insights and confirmed that it does not negatively impact website performance.

I launched my new ebike Shopify webshop. I carried an accurate Live Chat App research out I finally installed Chatway.

After some days of use, I'm so happy with my choice. It fully accomplish my needs in terms of communication with the website visitors. Definitely an easy and fluent way to manage with my potential customers.

Came from another app across to Chatway.
everything has worked seamlessly, I had a slight issue that got fixed immediately.
Having the ability to have 1 inbox where all my socials also go is a great addition.
