I’ve been using the Chatway app for the past couple of weeks, and it’s been an absolute game changer for customer interactions. I can now see in real time when customers are on my website and respond instantly to any questions or queries they may have.
For my driving test company, many customers ask the same questions repeatedly, so the new FAQ feature has been invaluable. It allows us to answer these common queries effortlessly, saving time and improving efficiency. I highly recommend this service to other businesses, as it significantly boosts conversion rates, enhances customer satisfaction, and speeds up communication.
One feature I’d love to see in the future is the automatic integration of customer emails into our email marketing flows when they sign up. I believe this would further increase conversions, but I know the team is already working on this and doing an excellent job.
The Chatway customer service team has been fantastic—quick to respond, and the few issues I’ve had were resolved promptly.

From the others i have tried. So far this seems the best. Good live chat support option people can use without having to signup but it is optional to leave an email which i do like.

Its only been a few days of testing this service, but all things seem to be running smoothly! The App was very easy to setup, which is coming from someone who is new to shopify. Additionally, The chat function is quick and I really like the part where I can chat with customers on my phone.
This app is amazing I inbox the support team because I needed assistance I spoke to Marvin he was so knowledgeable and helped me until my issue was resolved. This app support team is A1 No need to use another app this app is all you need.
The app works perfectly, I was using a default Shopify chat button, but after performing a pagespeed insights scan I noticed that it was working slowly on my store, after I installed Chatway my speedscore has increased, inbox works like a charm and is very beginner friendly! Oh wait, and you can use it for free?!
