I get notifications instantly through the mobile app. If you want live chat for your site then look no further. Marvin has been amazing to talk to! This is the best chat app really , I would greatly appreciate the contribution of Marvin in our stores . I talk live to my clients. Clients have both options to remain anonymous or can sign up for notification of chat . Would love more features like product URL and other options in automatic chat

I recently started using the app and I am very happy with it so far. I especially like the fact that I was able to customize the message and colours to match the aesthetic of the website. I also really like that I am able to download the app on my phone which allows me to chat with customers on the go and reply their queries in a timely fashion. I would definatly recommend Chat Way.

I like this APP. It is simple straight forward and easy to set up. At the same time, it can support chat configurations with the same settings for different domain names, which is very useful to me.

Strenghts:
- Customizable live chat. You can live chat without preset answers.
- Easy and Fast to use and implement.
- Attractive widget and display.
- Easy for customers.
- All conversations in one place.
- Many integrations including email and messenger.
- Great customer service.

Opportunities:
- Widget cannot be removed with specific px's.
- Only default font poppins. Cannot select other fonts.

The Chatway app has been very useful and intuitive for me and my team! We receive immediate notifications as soon as a customer submits an inquiry and we're able to assign chats between our staff. The UI is very responsive and intuitive as well!
