I'm really pleased that I chose Chinadivision as my first 3PL partner. The setup process with Shopify was a breeze. Their Warehouse Management System (WMS) dashboard is user-friendly, making it easy for someone without technical expertise to navigate, and the transparent reporting feature is a huge plus. The fulfillment process is impressively fast, and their straightforward pricing structure allows for automation. Throughout the onboarding process and beyond, Bela has consistently provided excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I can always count on receiving a quick response, usually within 24 hours.

Chinadivision stands out as the premier choice for warehousing and fulfillment partners in today's market. Even as a small business, they provided me with exceptional support on a personal level and were always ready to address any questions or concerns. The onboarding process and customer support have been fantastic. Working with Lynn was an absolute pleasure, and she played a pivotal role in helping us navigate the transition, especially given some of the complex logistics challenges we had internally. This is my initial experience working with a company of this nature. To be honest, during my first interaction with them, I was pleasantly surprised by their level of professionalism. While there were several other representatives who aided me during the setup process, I might not recall all their names. Nevertheless, the entire team and the company as a whole have proven to be excellent collaborators.

We are extremely pleased with the way Chinadivision managed our onboarding process. Shawn, a dedicated Chinadivision employee, has been our guiding star, and her assistance has been invaluable throughout the journey. However, we believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing more cost-effective shipping options from our manufacturer to the Chinadivision warehouse. The current fees for this service are quite steep.

Chinadivision is miles ahead in terms of accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness compared to our previous 3PL. Our previous fulfillment center frequently made mistakes with shipments, hardly ever responded to our inquiries, and lost many of our packages. In contrast, Chinadivision is almost the complete opposite. Their team is highly responsive to requests, offers transparent pricing upfront, and, most importantly, is very accurate with shipments. I would highly recommend them

After encountering a few challenges during the setup of Chiandivision, Neil from their support team promptly assisted us in getting the app configured to meet our expectations. Bela's support has been exceptional throughout this process. I wholeheartedly recommend Chiandivision, and if you're looking for top-notch support and onboarding, you'll find few better than Neil.
