Carbon‑Neutral Shipping

Cloverly has been a success with our customers and easy to use. They are very responsive to our requests.

We have been using Cloverly for about nine months. The customization abilities are the best of any app we have in that you can customize HTML and CSS, and there is a test-mode via a URL flag, which was really helpful. Customer support is great.

We would like to see:

• reporting abilities (though Shopify's own reporting tool can cover a lot of it);
• improved customization functionality (like points below);
• fixed-width font in the customization code boxes;
• dynamically updating previews to code snippets;
• customization starter-templates or documentation for popular themes; and
• the back-end to use the Shopify design language.

Maybe just a "developer" option where everything is controlled with a single Liquid snippet would be nice, which would also help with version control.

We use Cloverly in addition to Shopify's Offset app and recommend them both to everyone.

I've been very impressed with this app, and even more impressed with their customer service team. Any questions I had were met with quick responses and action. Thank you for creating something that helps us all make a small difference!

I love being able to offer my customers a additional way to know they’re helping the planet. Our shop focuses on eco-friendly packaging and this is a bonus! I’ve also requested configuration assistance when I originally installed the app, then again after updating my theme. The help I received was prompt and courteous. It’s definitely worth it.

Love this app and the people behind it. First, it helps me show our customers how serious we are about sustainability from end-to-end. Easy to install too. I appreciated that I was easily able to customize the design to match my brand with simple HTML tweaks. And I had the choice of paying the carbon offset for my customers (I did this) or having customers opt to do it. There was an issue after install with another app causing cart conflicts with cloverly's slug. Here's where Cloverly's team stepped in and corrected everything immediately. Communication was super nice and professional — We even did mutual shout-outs on social media. These people are genuine and are doing great work.

To us installing Cloverly is a no brainer - super easy to set up (with the help of the Cloverly team - who will do it for you!). I love how you can either choose to cover the cost of greening your shipment, or ask customers to pay for it - and it's easy to go back and forth between the two options. I don't know why we didn't set this up sooner!

I managed 90% of the integration myself but when it didn't look quite how I wanted the Cloverly team was happy to help make some final adjustments. I really appreciate how customizable Cloverly is. From day one customers have already been selecting the offset option which is also exciting!

I just love Cloverly!!! They were so helpful to get us set up in a snap. Used our custom colors and made any changes I requested on the fly. Best customer service and amazing product. I'm so excited to now be offering Carbon Neutral Shipping to our customers.
