My experience with Cloverly has been great! My customers get to choose to add carbon neutral shipping for a small fee (super affordable) and the click-through Cloverly offers to show how that is actually happening is great. Setting up was a bit complicated, I have some familiarity with code and basic edits but I was out of my league with this. I emailed support and they quickly added it to my theme and were very great to work with throughout. I just updated my theme and had them go in and help me again so it all works exactly how I want. I recommended to another Shopify business as well.

I love being able to offer my customers a additional way to know they’re helping the planet. Our shop focuses on eco-friendly packaging and this is a bonus! I’ve also requested configuration assistance when I originally installed the app, then again after updating my theme. The help I received was prompt and courteous. It’s definitely worth it.

Cloverly offers a super easy integration process, and is very customizable with your brand theme and store. Customer service has been great whenever we need to troubleshoot issues. So far we have been very pleased with our partnership!

I managed 90% of the integration myself but when it didn't look quite how I wanted the Cloverly team was happy to help make some final adjustments. I really appreciate how customizable Cloverly is. From day one customers have already been selecting the offset option which is also exciting!

It is a wonderful app. More so, the team was so helpful and responsive when I had some trouble implementing it onto my website. Great app, great team, and for a great cause. I highly recommend it.

Love this app and the people behind it. First, it helps me show our customers how serious we are about sustainability from end-to-end. Easy to install too. I appreciated that I was easily able to customize the design to match my brand with simple HTML tweaks. And I had the choice of paying the carbon offset for my customers (I did this) or having customers opt to do it. There was an issue after install with another app causing cart conflicts with cloverly's slug. Here's where Cloverly's team stepped in and corrected everything immediately. Communication was super nice and professional — We even did mutual shout-outs on social media. These people are genuine and are doing great work.

Overall, I love the ease of Cloverly and its allocation of offsets to carbon projects nearest the customer. We were the first subscription box to offer carbon offsets and Cloverly has been with us for a long time. It's also free (always great!) with the funds getting passed to customers at checkout (though there is also an option to fund yourself depending on your set up). I'm only docking it a star because I've asked the team several times over the past year about integrating with ReCharge and it still doesn't work correctly. It's not a core functionality of Cloverly, but recurring memberships are a core part of my business. Due to this factor, my Cloverly sustainability reports are never accurate and so I cannot share them as part of my overall impact report.

Not only is this app a low-cost, low-effort way to offset our carbon footprint and show our customers that we believe in increasing our sustainability efforts in many areas, I've also had some incredible customer support throughout my experience. Lydia specifically has walked me through every step and the team that she works with her has done all the heavy lifting. I'd give this app fifty stars if I could - I think it's the best Shopify app I have ever used.
