I am absolutely computer illiterate and this app is amazing. Joseph was such a big help. He walked me through every step and got my ENTIRE inventory, all 5000+items synced between my accounts. Now no matter if something sells in my brick and mortar clover system or on our Shopify site the inventory is up to date on both sides. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Omar went above and beyond by providing me with a detailed spreadsheet of all the mismatched SKUs, which has been invaluable in ensuring seamless inventory management across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Clover. Arianne was more than helpful. She first offered to help me with my product sync, by doing it for me, than while the process was on going she instructed me on how to complete the process myself in the future.

Connected with customer service on a multiple locations, each time they told me my account was canceled and I was still getting charged. Asked for a credit because I never used the account, still waiting for a reply and still getting charged for an app I never used.
Never used because I reached out to customer service the first time for help on how to work app, no response.

This app has been a LIFE SAVER for my client's small business. She set up Clover as her in-store solution early on, and I wanted to use Shopify for her website sales. CloverSync has made this possible, and a HUGE thanks to their support team. I worked with Omar on live chat, and he answered all my questions and even did all the heavy lifting work for me. We have both Shopify for online and Clover for retail sales. Needed something that can sync inventory and products between the two. This software works well and very simple to use. There is a learning curve and some fine tuning is also needed.

What makes this software stands out is the customer service. Always on and always there to help and coach when needed. We have use multiple apps on both Shopify and Clover this team is the most responsive when it comes to problem solving. Another reason I'd love to keep using this software is that they are constantly improving making small upgrades a step at a time. They are also open to user feedback and suggestions to new features etc. I cannot wait to see the next update!

Staff was able to answer questions we had quickly, and smooth transition with syncing the first time used. Would recommend if you have multiple platforms with inventories.

This app and my customer service person Joseph made the experience sooooo smooth!! I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to sync their inventory from shopify to your clover device, as the customer service rep does it all for you. You don't even have to wait on the chat while they complete. Joseph even checked back in next day to see if we had any questions. I thought that was stellar customer service!! Can you believe it also generates the sku numbers for you, totally cool.
