Our Support Agent, Thea, was absolutely amazing. We were struggling with getting our products to sync properly and within just a few minutes, Thea was able to get us back on track! I couldn't have asked for a better support agent!

I want to leave here my comment related to my service that I had to perform the synchronization process, I was attended by the assistant Joseph, I was very happy, because he carried out the whole process and answered all my doubts. I was very satisfied!

Great customer service. The direct chat was helpful and prompt. When a problem couldn't be solved via message they were quick to set up a zoom meeting to resolve the issue. Everyone was easy to understand and very helpful.
