Cashify COD Order Confirmation

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. It simply did not work as expected and failed to perform its core function of confirming COD orders.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times for help, but received no response at all. For a paid or business-critical app, this level of support is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise other merchants to be cautious before installing this app, as it may waste your time and potentially affect your operations.

What a piece of junk app! All my orders are COD Pending, it's completely useless and a waste of money!!! I've already removed it from all websites! There's no online support whatsoever.

not working.. dont install this app ever....not every COD order will be synced..you will come to know after buyer escalation

Great app
Hope it will work not only for Indian customers.

Several issues with this app:
1. When a customer gets a confirmation call from this app, TrueCaller shows the number as OceanBlackLifeStyle. Very detrimental to Brand image!
2. There is no option of customizing the message being played to customer. It doesnot contain any information about the shopify store or brand. All it says is, "This is order confirmation call. To confirm press 1, to decline press 2"

Just an ok app. It has a great feature of call back and SMS, however if customer misses the call, there is no way to generate another call after a specified period or schedule a call.

Also the app doesn't work on mobile screens.. can't access app data properly from my mobile which is how I do most of my business while on the go

Much needed app for Indian merchants. The app is pretty basic as of now (14 seconds voice message limitation) but you can get your voice message customized. Support is very responsive.

With a few tweaks and additions to the workflow, this app can take away the major hassle of merchants away especially in India. I hope the developers add following features as soon as possible:
1. Post-call information only message for all three status of the call i.e. confirmed/declined/unattended
2. Automated scheduled recalling to customers who missed the call

With these two features, this app can be quite indispensable for any merchant operating in India.

I found this app very useful ! It's easy and smooth and let you know how you want to deal with COD orders. Avoids fake/fishy orders. Must app for those who are providing Cash On Delivery services.

Got good support from the team. I suggest adding more features catering to Indian customers to make this app superhit

We just installed the app today, this is what I have found after testing the app as a customer

Confirmation IVR should Take Store Name
Confirmation IVR should keep repeating at least for 3-4 times. As the for first time 8 out of 10 times customer will not be able to understand what is happening

Because of these two missing features, I am taking away 2 stars. I will use it for a week before we take a final call to use this app or Not.

Please let me know if you could add these two features.

[Revised] App has evolved and worked great for us, we have been using it for years now.
