Cohub Inventory Counting

CoHub went above and beyond helping us with our annual store inventory. Steve walked us through issues we were having on our Shopify end and he truly offered us responsive support 24/7.

I originally had a few problems with the app during our 1st 100% inventory but the staff at Cohub were super responsive. Despite the fact that we are in Hawaii, they were very accomodating to our time schedule and were able to troubleshoot our issues. They resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction. I definitely recommend using Cohub as it made our inventory super easy. And I greatly value any company that quickly responds to our needs. Mahalo Cohub.

This app saved us so much time and drastically helped improve our inventory counting process! The mobile app allowing staff to use their smartphones as a barcode scanner is a game changer.
The customer service is also great; I got quick and helpful responses to my questions.

The app works perfectly with Iphone, but Android users may face some problems on the mobile app. We only had three android users on our team, and all of them said that every time their phone screen shut off, the app would crash and would have to be reopened. Also, they all had to fully log in with shopify admin credentials, meaning they can't just click on the link and join the count for the location they were at, which is how the app is supposed to function.
Once they work out issues with android this app will be perfect!

If you're doing a full inventory (which we do twice a year), this is what you're looking for. It's easy to use, and the reporting it generates is extremely helpful. We have thousands of SKUs, so we needed something that could handle multiple people counting at the same time. Not only does it work, but the customer support is excellent. Steve helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process, and I really can't thank him enough for the support. I rarely leave reviews for apps, but I felt like I should for Cohub. I'm sure there are people out there with a similar inventory looking for a system to help them manage it. This is it.

We used Cohub for our annual physical inventory at our three retail locations and we plan to use Cohub for every PI going forward. Working in teams and counting simultaneously via cellphone sped up our process and was far more accurate that we've had in the past. Cannot recommend enough!

Cohub inventory has saved us countless hours on our inventory counts. The iOS companion app connects to our Bluetooth Socket Scanner seamlessly, and the count itself goes as fast as we can scan our inventory UPCs. I had a hiccup with some newer products not scanning properly, and their support replied to my emails in a matter of minutes to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend this to anyone with a large catalog of barcoded inventory.

The Cohub inventory app is an absolute game changer for doing inventory in Shopify. We have 5 brick and mortar women's fashion and apparel locations as well as Ecom. We do stock take/store inventory monthly.

We searched through all of the inventory management and stock taking apps and tested several. Cohub by far is the most seamless, easy to use and has a few must have features that provide a ton of value, that to my knowledge do not exist with the other apps.

My favorite feature of the app is the ability to use Cohub's iphone app to make taking inventory fast and efficient. It allows multiple users to use their iphone to scan barcodes of products and add counts on the fly. You can do everything from counting, saving and finalizing the inventory count right on the app. All one has to do is have the app on their phone.

Another fantastic feature is the ability to do an inventory count while simultaneously open for business and actively selling. No more waiting until close to do a count.

I can't recommend this app enough. Thanks for creating a true solution in Shopify!

Lifesaver! Although many of our products don't have barcodes, we found it really easy to navigate the app, complete our weekly cycle counts and have everything updated straight away. It's definitely a lifesaver and time saver!
