Back in stock alerts works really well for us, we alerted our customers that we had an old product coming back, gained 15 alert requests and sold 180 in the first five minutes!
This is a good product and comes with pretty good features in the free version itself. Jay from the support team was very responsive.
Although we have only recently started using the app, we are already very happy with it. It helps us improve our customers’ experience on the website by giving them the option to sign up for “Notify me when in stock” alerts, which is extremely useful for both customers and our team.
The biggest highlight for us has been the support team. Their support staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They assisted us a lot with the entire setup process, answered all our questions quickly, and made everything much easier for us.
