The app is pretty good! It takes a little bit to save any changes in the app but it works well! I would recommend!

Works really well for both pre-sale and coming soon items and stood up to some real pressure on the recent LRSD promotion where a lot of items came online just at the right time. Any questions are promptly answered by the support team, even on Sundays. Highly recommended and really good vfm.

UPDATE: Why do App companies always try to act like victims? Shift the burden of proof to the customer? Literally, lie to pad their reviews? This application does not allow customers to place orders when set to "pre-order" This defeats the purpose of this application. When asking for support, they just send a scripted auto-reply and never follow up. Do not waste your time on this application.

The program does work but the huge problem is when you put an item to "coming soon" the program automatically puts the item "inventory not tracked" This caused a HUGE issue because on other sales channels it didnt show up as "sold out" or "coming soon" BUT allowed them to BUY IT! We sold 400! of something because they were able to purchase it via a different sales channel. This was VERY BAD. The program should NOT automatically set the item to "not track inventory."

INCREDIBLE customer service and the app is working as it should!
The only thing I wish this app has is, being able to set different release dates for different versions of the same product.

Exactly what I wanted. An app to change a product page into a coming soon page. I could not find any other app that did this (most are full on page building apps). Additionally, I had a question and the support team answered right away with a thorough reply that helped me resolve my issue. Highly recommend.

I would really recommend this app! Very cost-effective and Customer Service is 5/5 for being very helpful on assisting you on your store setup/concerns.

We hope there will be an option to update the products via a excel or .csv file in the near future, so that when you have hundreds of products for pre-orders, it would be more efficient to update the dates and status on a .csv file - download then upload again for changes. Other than that, this app is amazing and worth it!
