ConnectPOS

This is by far the most sophisticated POS app available for Shopify. It is so much superior to Shopify POS, offers a lot of features and support is really trying to help if there is a problem. I just renewed my subscription for another 2 years and am happy to continue using ConnectPOS.

What I like the most: This app works mot only on smartphones and tablets like ShopifyPOS. It can also be installed on desktop computers. For us this is essential in high-volume seasons as we can connect all our devices such as scanner, label printer and cash drawer directly with POS. Highly recommended App!

poor customer service and never fulfill their development and the orders i get. Have been trying to contact them for so long until they say their understaffed. This app is the worst

This app does not do what it says it does, and support was a bad experience. I was told that if I tried it and did not like it, I could get a refund. I agreed and paid $3300 for the year. Within two weeks, I realized that it would not work for our needs. As soon as I requested the refund, they stopped responding. I would not trust these guys. We gave them $3300 for an unusable product. We ended up finding a much better solution.

We tested and paid for ConnectPos for 6 months, Received vey bad support or none at all. Although it was promised there was no Integration with Moneris Card Payments. All they ConnectPOs had to do is sign an NDA. Very poor user interface as well when using Checkout. I really do not know where the 134 customers come from? please let us know

Works great with Shopify. Has many features that we couldn't find in other apps. Support has been quick to answer questions and resolve any issues.

This product is awesome so far, easy to setup, there support are friendly and quick to respond, very knowledgeable with their software, you can't ask for more, been talking to jennifer most of the time,
It's easy to setup if you have shopify account inventory integration is easy pezzy make your life easy, no stress friendly and super customizable software. I think it's better than shopify POS, and let you integrate with their platform, price is cheaper than other Saas platforms like lightspeed ....

This is a great system with Shopify if you want your pos on a PC i have been looking for one for a long time, and the customer service is fantastic every step of the way
