We noticed a problem with the app and the tech team was really quick to respond. turned out not to be a problem with the app at all but another part of the theme which has stopped the app working but they still fixed it.

Great app! Needed some help switching app to new theme and they had it done in about 30mins. Great easy product to use and adjust myself... but great customer service when help was needed.

Great app ... a must have for vendors with products with intricate details. Great customer service too.
I recently updated my theme. The products I sell have gorgeous packaging I want my customers to be able to examine and admire. Some of my products have multiple images and my magnifier was not allowing the arrows to function in order to scroll through the next image. I wrote them and they responded quickly, added a snippet of code and voila! My magnifier and my scroll arrows work perfectly. Thanks guys! Hilghly recommend.
