The print quality is fundamentally as good as it gets. Before this company reached out to me, I was struggling to keep up with print sales demand and wasn't happy with the quality of what I was selling - now I know my customers will always be happy with the prints they're receiving, in good time, with a good service. As someone who does this full time, this service has taken a huge weight off my shoulders; they email me back same day, help me with any queries, and issues are resolved quickly. Jeeezzzz.Uploading files is a joke. Out of 40 .png files approx 6 were vieweable after 3 days. Supports answer was basically dont use .png though they advertise it is a supported format.. Currently looking at 3 dozen + un-viewable/un-usable files i need to print. This is Creativehub not Shopify.
Brilliant service, super quality printing beyond what I could produce previously in-house. Any mistakes to orders have been resolved without any issue and done so very quickly. Customer service is paramount to my business and having the ability to speak with Creative Hub on a direct and human-to-human basis with no AI or automated nonsense puts them a step above the rest in terms of print fulfilment services.
