What's the purpose of the app?

With this app, you can create fixed or percentage fees. Configure a list of the most used charges for your POS and apply them right from the main screen.

Known limitations:

  • The app works on POS devices only. At least for now.
  • There is no way to apply fees automatically because of technical limitations.

How to configure?

To start, you should add a tile to your main screen and create at least one fee. It can be an alternative to cash discounts. For example, you can create a $20 delivery fee or surcharging fee and apply it whenever you need to deliver orders to customers or use it as a cash discount alternative. The most common use cases:

  • Surcharging;
  • Add tips/gratuities;
  • Add delivery fees;
  • Add shipping fees;
  • Add service fees or service charges;
  • Setup fees;
  • Fuel surcharge;
  • Processing fees;
  • Transaction fees;
  • Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)
  • California Redemption Value (CRV)
  • Add convenience fees;
  • Add custom items to orders;
