We've been using infinite options for a few years now. Not only does the app work well, the support staff are quick to respond when we want help making changes.
This app is the longest running app I have on my Shopify account. I don't use my web store nearly as much as I used to due to changing industries and occupations, but I still use it sporadically for some of my long-term customers.
I successfully setup my Order Printer app years ago to reflect information provided by customers through Infinite Options, but I recently decided to start using Packing Slips instead of orders via Order Printer.
I tried for 6+ hours this past Wednesday, 8/2/23, to insert code into my Packing Slip Template to reflect Infinite Options variables. It just didn't work...no matter what I tried!
Obviously I forgot that the ShopPad website is/was a great source of info, HOWEVER today, 8/4/23, I emailed ShopPad's customer service team asking for help with what I was trying to do. Not only did I receive a link to accurate & working steps, but Emily F. replied to my request with said link within ONE MINUTE!!!

This app is a must have for stores selling products with a variety of options. Our custom products would not be possible without this app & the support team has been very quick to respond with all of our needs. Highly Recommend!

I needed help fixing a bug. IO immediately got back to me and fixed the problem in an hour. This was so seamless. We've used them for years and have never had an issue!

Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.
