Amazing customer service! Im new to shopify and the customer service team at the shoppad went above and beyond to meet my needs. I really recommend this app for anyone trying to add extra settings on their products.

So far this app has been great (haven't had any customers use the new fields though I did do a test purchase). It has meant I can have customers enter text for a personalised product on the product page itself. Previously they had to add it in special instructions on the cart page with no confirmation. Now the details are on the cart page and they also get it in the email confirmation.

I've just installed this app and so far it's great! It's enabled me to add all of the options I needed to my product range very easily and it all fits in with the theme, colour schemes, etc. seamlessly. The white glove service was very useful and support has been prompt and helpful.

This app is a lifesaver. We need orders to be personalized (pet id tags and other customized items) and this app does this seamlessly and easily. The support is quick and helpful. When I wanted to add these customized options to my email confirmations I received help almost immediately. Highly recommended.
