I was looking for a cost effective solution for personalizing some of our products. Decided to give Infinite Options a shot as the price point was good and the reviews were great. I had some issues getting the formatting to look right with my theme. The Infinite Options team jumped in and within a day had fixed everything - awesome support - great to work with!

I used Infinite Option in combination with Uploadery to allow my customers to add extensive personalised information required for each order, everything from large text fields to checkboxes. I'm not technical at all and it was really easy set up and any parts I had difficulty with, the support team helped me straight away. I feel confident I can make the edits I need to going forward. Great app and really good support!
