Infinite Product Options

I like Infinite Options a bunch so far and the support follow through has been strong !

Works as designed, needed to add some product options and this fit the bill. Had a couple problems getting this set up but I got there and so far it is working well. Like much of Shopify, the documentation is a little confusing. The customer service is amazing, though, which is why I rated this 5 starts. Quick responses to all my questions pointing me in the right direction, often to an existing article or post with sample code or how-to directions. Nice!

An absolutely wonderful app with the most incredible customer service. Couldn't recommend it enough! Very easy to use, and if you have any questions at all, the customer service is just phenomenal. They respond so quickly and will go above and beyond to make the app work for you. Overall: a wonderful experience.

I love this app! I use it to add input fields for customization on clothing. The whole team has been very helpful to me with any questions I have. Super positive experience!

This app is great, does exactly what I need it to do and the team are always there to help when you need them. I recommend it!

I normally don't leave reviews. But here I definitely wanted to leave one. The reason being the help I got in customizing the options for some of the products. They helped (particularly, Kayla) me with CSS codes to customize the options to my liking. We really must have exchanged about 20*25 emails back and forth but Kayla was patient and helped me out each time. Thanks Kayla. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a great app for extremely reasonable price. We are using this app to allow our customers to customize their products on our eCommerce channel (powered by Shopify), and its working really well for us. Excellent Customer Service.

Okay...so I was looking for a solution to capture user defined data which could pass through to the email notifications.

Ex. Store sells watches, customer wants custom engraving on watch. At checkout, customer adds the inscription, "to my beloved wife..." This data passes through form so engraver knows what to engrave on watch.

Found this App and was MOST IMPRESSED with the usability and functionality of the product. In addition, I had a customization question. I called the support number and got immediate attention. The rep I spoke with, Noah, was extremely patient and helpful with me as I navigated the .liquid files and inserted the appropriate code. We tested everything and it worked like a charm.

I am giving this App a 5 Star because I believe in true merit. When through the course of working with my clients, it is good to know that this company stands behind their products at such a level of expertise and genuine customer care. They are helping me look great with my clients...bonus!

A little fiddly at first until you get to know how to use it and keep saving your progress but it does the job well in the end.
