Infinite Product Options

So I just got on board with this app, and had some confusion about how to set up the app in a 3rd party page builder. Jordin gave me an answer and got me up and running.

Any time I've had questions or couldn't get something to work, their customer service has been phenomenal. They even fixed the code so the options section looks nice on my website. The best. Get it now.

I have enjoyed this app. It accomplishes what I wanted done in my store. It, in my opinion, is not the easiest app to navigate, but thankfully, the staff is amazing. Each time I came back with another question, they walked me through it and corrected my errors.

Unfortunately, I was not able to cancel my free trial from the admin dashboard which should always be an option for any app. The reason why I did not want to use this app was the fact that the add-on price is not shown on the product page when the option is selected and it's only shown in the cart.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Finally, an app that can create add-ons both required and optional as well as have more come up conditionally if others are selected, and here's the big one for me - from other inventory items and adjust the price shown on the product page. I searched high and low for an app that does this and couldn't find anything like it. As a bonus the team has been amazing, I needed some help with an in-cart issue due to my theme and adjusting a few things and they've been so helpful, quick and kind.

It great for adding options but collecting that data in a report requires an additional app making this app dumb.

Daniel was able to help edit the code on my home screen to allow my infinite option to show up on my homescreen! Now I have my featured product with all it's options!

We use it now on 2 websites. Has all the functionality we need to customize options as needed.

I would not recommend the app Infinite Options due to its poor performance, difficulty in use, and hard setup process. Despite offering a range of customization options, the app is slow and challenging to navigate, making it frustrating for users. Overall, I rate it as poor.

Bundles DO NOT integrate with inventory, so whatever is sold is not tracked or updated. This is an inventory management nightmare. Uninstalled for this sole reason. Other features seemed to work, but were not tested in detail by me.

Poor experience, tried contacting support but no reply. The app is difficult to create different options, even though installing was just adding it to the Theme Editor sections on product page, quite simple compared to other apps.

I don't understand why they charge a optional fee ($20) to install the app? Very confusing... is it just installing the app which is simple to do or is it creating the options for your store which is difficult to do?...

I installed this app and Uploadery this evening to replace another custom options app I've been using for over a year. I got it all set up in one evening. It's working like a charm. I did have a little issue that required contacting the help desk. I received the most wonderful and helpful assistance from a magician on the team. Problems solved and everything is perfect. I think this app is great and really easy to use.
I have been using shopify for 3 days, and the Infinite Options App has taken out the stress and has definitely improved the usability of my website.
I was able to take really simple shop options from shopify and add on 3-4 additional options to my products. This included different style selections (using checkboxes), selecting from a range of icons to add to the product (using swatches) and adding text boxes for personalisation.
The swatches option was great, however the swatches were a little crowded, however a team member (Andreas) was able to quickly adjust this and now it presents so well! Great app!!

Does everything you can imagine and more, really lives up to it's name. Reasonably priced and the customer support is superb.

A great app if you have more options than what Shopify allows! Customer service is also fantastic, I opted for the Expert Install service to help match Infinite Options to my theme and it was 100% worth it! Definitely recommend :)

I've used 2-3 other product options apps in the past, and none of them rivals Infinite Options. They work really well, are easy to set up, and their tech support is second to none. You get the full product for under $10/month and this is the best deal out of the app store for this kind of quality and service. Best of all, there is a tight integration with external database and spreadsheets through their Mesa app, so the extensibility of Infinite Options makes sense to grow a business.

I am still learning how to use Infinite Options. I sent in a request and Glecy responded jumped on board right away and was an amazing help with my request. Glecy, helped me with the options and the layout on certain products. It was perfect and what I've envisioned! The attention to details for my request was A+. Thank you again Glecy!

These people are great! In this world, it's rare that when you ask for help, you actuilly get it. Can't say enough good things about them and their support team. Now, their app is awesome as well (coincidence?). The app gives me the freedome to customize a nice product and make it great!

We needed this app as most do to bypass the 100 variant issue of Shopify. The product bundle option worked very well for us and I highly recommend it!

I’ve been using infinite options in a few of my stores for years. Every time I contact support they’re extremely responsive and get the issue resolved. Most recently I had issues connecting the app to Shopify POS. I reached out and it was resolved so quickly so I can get on with planning my venture into in-person selling.
