I have used this app for over a year to help my customers customize flavor selections and add a personalized message. I ran into a problem after the holiday season when the app stopped carrying over the flavor selections to the order. The customer service team was responsive to me immediately---even over a holiday weekend when they were closed. They put their team on it and fixed it asap. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received.

Superb app, works brilliant. I ran into trouble trying to translate created products with a translation app on shopify, sent an email to contact@theshoppad.com and the problem was fixed by Logan within 1 hour of sending out the first email ! I'm speechless at the level of support offered, and would definitely highly recommend this app to anyone.
