Its a great app for Shopify, My only disappointment was that it does not offer a price variant for customer options.

Thumbs up! I had initially deleted the app as I couldn't get the text box relocated to the area I had wanted (since it is a fixed feature where the options will be located). The support team is very helpful to contact me and got it fixed. Very efficient and I am very thankful for their kind gesture!
