I've been using Infinite Options since I've started my business 5 years ago, they are super helpful every time I have an issue. I can always count on them to get back to me with a quick response. 100% would recommend this app!
I needed an app where I had the option to create a text box where customers could insert the info I needed to create their semi-custom stationery suites. I ran into some issues but the team (and especially Alan) at ShopPad were super helpful. They even worked with my theme developer to iron out the issues so everything would work well together.
Superb customer service! Would totally recommend this app to people who need to have different option selections in their shop. Aside from the text box you can have drop-down menus and various features, and if you get stuck, just get in touch with the team and they'll help you out.
The app itself is super easy to use and integrate. The staff is beyond helpful and responsive. I haven't had any issues they didn't get right in and fix!

Been using this app for over a year now. First of all, the customer service is top notch. When I had a problem, it was resolved within hours. Today I had a question about a feature and was able to have it answered in a live chat. This app does so much and I'm not even using it to its full potential. I'm a small e-commerce with variables that this app solves. I wouldn't be able run my store without Shoppad or an IT person. Being small, the IT person really isn't an option. Thank you!

This is a fabulous app - perfect if you are looking to add multiple variables / types to your website. I recently upgraded to shopify 2.0 and had a little issue with one of my options - I contacted support and Emily fixed it very quickly. Thanks so much :)
