Infinite Product Options

So far so good, Their customer service is amazing, super fast and did a bunch of work for us quickly. Really excited to see how it goes as continue to use it.

This app was exactly what I needed and the customer support was amazing when I needed help figuring out an issue.

I use this app to add bundles. The documentation and instructions video is great. when I needed to fine-tune the placement of the add-on on my product page, I contacted the customer support. The customer support representative (Mandy) was amazing in that she knew exactly the solution and fixed it in a few seconds. Fantastic service!...Highly recommended!!!

I wasted HOURS installing/uninstalling the code snippet, changing the display option selections, disabling quick shop, editing the cart labels ect and still couldn't get it to work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. One word: VELA. I did in 5 minutes on a free app what I couldn't do in 5 hours on a paid app. This may work for your theme but it certainly didn't work for mine.

Super but it automatic show things in english and it is not possible to change them in german by my self.

After a few days of trying to find the right app for bundles/mix and match for my needs, I found this one. I had a little bit of trouble getting it to the right configurations but I reached out to customer support and they helped! Santiago and I messaged each other back and forth (on a Sunday no less) and he helped me figure it all out. I'm so excited to be launching in two days. Thank you for being an amazing app with great customer service. Plus helping me stay within budget!

This app cleanly and simply solved a problem we had when setting up our site. Because we don't grind all of our coffee to order, we were unable to use Shopify's default "product variants" feature to set up our various ground coffee options. Infinite Options was easy to set up and integrated cleanly with our chosen theme.

And to go even further...they were kind enough to help us customize the default packing list code so that our customers' chosen style of ground coffee (or selection of whole bean) shows up on the printed packing slip, making it easier for our order fulfillers to ensure they pack up the right coffee...every single time!

Doesn't work out of the box. Prices don't update when an option is selected. If you want to use an option with a price, you have to connect to an item and you can only use that item's price (no custom price / discount for it being an add-on). Even then, the price doesn't actually change - on the listing, the cart, or anywhere else once you've done so. You also can't hide the "option" item by unpublishing it or it won't work correctly. So you end up cluttering your cart with items that aren't relevant to customers and priced incorrectly as stand-alone items. It is laggy - front end and back end. Support is only available sometimes. Anything beyond the most basic functionality you must code through their API or pay someone else to code. I'm not sure what we're paying for.

You can achieve conditional logic and hover-text on swatches in your menu and make your product options look beautiful.

easy to use. works perfectly for our custom options. inspires us to find new ways to utilize for a better customer/user experience. personally have appreciated the support I've received from the company when needed. easy option to pay a small fee and allow someone more qualified to do the important stuff. very responsive with chat requests. highly recommend this app and this company
